No matter how long, Warhol´s drawings are still incredibles. In line so fine and naïve, so artistic and commercial at the same time.
Besides his artwork, I love his bio, obsessions and his particulary way of living and thinking, with some quotes like:
An artist is someone who produces things that people don't need to have but that he - for some reason - thinks it would be a good idea to give them.
I never read, I just looked at pictures.
Buying is much more American than thinking and I'm as American as they come.
The most beautiful thing in Florence is McDonald's.
Everybody must feel desire.
You can be watching TV and see Coca-Cola, and you can know that the President drinks, Liz Taylor drinks Coke, and just think, you can drink Coke, too.
No importa el tiempo que pase, los dibujos de Andy Warhol siguen siendo increíbles. De trazo tan fino y naïve, tan artísticos y comerciales a la vez.
Además de su obra, me encanta leer su biografía, sus manías y su peculiar manera de vivir y pensar, con frases como:
